CHILDREN'S YOGA
Let your child learn and receive the benefits of yoga early.
With lively children's music playing, we mimic nature and play games
to encourage movement both individually and as a group.
Through this movement, storytelling, and drawing your child
will be introduced to the magic of yoga
giving them the tools to be self-confident, focused and happy.

Contact me if you are interested in beginning a class
for your child or just want to throw a yoga party.
Private children's classes are $75 for up to 5 children.
